Tucson gives every outdoor object a real test: UV, monsoons, dust, and long dry months. We build with that reality in mind, so the result feels settled from day one, backed by a workmanship guarantee.
"Bring a beautiful piece of art to your outdoor space and give yourself peace of mind with a 15-point workmanship guarantee and generous repair warranty. Thank you for supporting our business."
Confirm lumber is within the target range of 8–12%.
Verify the correct species and grain orientations are being used for each part of the piece. Proper grain orientations help reduce seasonal movement.
Ensure joints seat fully, with no gaps, blowouts, or misalignment. Confirm glue squeeze-out is properly cleaned.
Verify correct adhesive type, PVA, epoxy, or polyurethane, and full cure time based on humidity and temperature.
Check that screws, hinges, slides, and fasteners are straight, secure, and not over-torqued.
Confirm planter tops and the seat of the bench are within a less than 1/16 inch deviation.
Inspect for clean edges, consistent roundovers or chamfers, no tear-out, and no sharp or unfinished corners.
Verify uniform scratch pattern, correct grit progression, and no swirl marks or burnishing.
Check that end grain is properly sealed, especially critical for desert-rated pieces.
Confirm finish is applied evenly with no thin spots, drips, sags, or dry spray.
Ensure stain, dye, or natural finish is consistent across panels, edges, and components.
Verify the piece was made with the appropriate materials.
Check that panels, tops, and frames have proper expansion gaps, floating tenons, or slotted hardware.
Perform a basic load test on the bench and planter bottoms. Each bench is nominally rated for 600 pounds while the planters are rated for 60 pounds.
Inspect for dust nibs, fingerprints, glue residue, shop grime, and ensure the piece is clean and ready for delivery.
