I started woodworking when I was 12, building a new project every summer during high school and learning the fundamentals piece by piece. After moving into my first home in Tucson in 2021, I started selling and refinishing furniture on the side. The idea for planter benches came after friends kept asking about the one I built for my own patio. That interest grew into Desert Cat Studios, where I focus on durable, desert‑ready pieces.
My vision is to build outdoor pieces that people are proud to show off, starting with premium and affordable planter benches. Whether someone wants a centerpiece for hosting guests or a quiet place to enjoy their yard or patio, I want my work to elevate that experience. Everything begins with strong communication and best‑in‑class customer service. As Desert Cat Studios grows, I plan to expand beyond planter benches into a full line of outdoor furniture, including patio tables, chairs, and outdoor sofas.
